Why Do I Write

I write for myself. In the hope that it will help me think better.

The goal is put the thoughts down so I can reflect back. If the thought is not captured its gone or at least the vividness is gone. Thoughts are everything and nothing.
Recently read the term - "Metacognition", writing should help improve that.

Also I believe, Producer >> Consumer; Therefore, each word I write, I am voting towards my personality which produces.

On writing style: previously, the intended audience was "an imaginary kid"; a self imposed thought which made me simplify. But I want to write denser. Imaginary kid can always google/claude/talk to me.

Use of AI

I am writing for myself
If I use AI tools to write - I am fooling myself

Spell check, Grammarly, AI tools all are used but to improve language, spelling, to check if anything is disrespectful for a community.

I am writing for myself, but that doesn't imply I will lock them. "Sharing knowledge is the only way to achieve immortality." Talking about notes will help me convert my isolated experience into a shared experience. and maybe help me think better.
