For many reasons, I hadn't jumped on this bandwagon up till recently. But, after meeting many different people at work, I planned to give it a try.

Things starts with why? As a personal finance enthusiast, you think about various asset classes. My journey started with stock picking which quickly realized it was a full-time job & moved on to passive index funds. Learnt about SGB(a way to invest in gold), & many other asset classes. But this chart is what stood out:
