I like rituals, not the religious ones, but daily/weekly ritual.

These days my bi-weekly ritual is to try to visit that bakery every sunday.
Sometimes alone, sometimes with a group.
The bakery serves hot puffs, and small cake boxes. I am cutting down both on sugar, and oil, so I eventually end up consuming little, but it feels good to sip the hot tea in the small cafe.
