उत्तम क्षमा (Uttam Kshama or Supreme Forgiveness)

Today is the day when we focus on Anger.
Going to a temple and saying Uttam kshama is ok - it helps preserve the ritual,
but lets go deep, lets experiment with Anger, today,

But why start with anger?
Jain philosophy has 4 Kashaya ()

  1. Krodha (Anger)
  2. Maan (Pride)
  3. Maya (Deceit)
  4. Lobh (Greed)

Apple Watch

If a person says something unpleasant, they will take only 10s to say it
but receivers mind can keep repeating it for days, months, years.
Therefore, avoid saying unpleasant and if you think of something unpleasant, let it go.

Focus on your own thoughts, your own consciousness.

Forgiveness !== Weak

One can forgive and still:

  1. stop trusting them
  2. set a boundary

"Kshama veerasya bhushana"

Affirmations:

No Grudges towards anyone (and myself)
No Anger towards anyone (and myself)
Forgive everyone (and myself)

Sabko Kshama (I forgive everyone)
Sabse Kshama (I request for forgiveness from everyone) 🙏🏻
